I had one of the most unbelievable calls this morning with a woman named Michelle. This woman should not be dealing with the general public. Luckily my phone records conversations. Her attitude and false accusations is news worthy and I'm seriously considering sending the recording to the media. Not only was she rude and said I'd called her "out of her name" she hung up the phone on me. I did not call that woman a name and I was not disrespectful to her and luckily I can prove that.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff are exceptionally rude and condescending to basic questions. They treated me like I was trash under their feet.
Anna, Michelle, and Shanta helped me so wonderfully thank you guys. Ill be back
