I had my apnea study the 28th of Jan 26 my technician was Luis Rivera and let me tell you I couldn’t ask for a better technician he was so kind, so caring from the moment I arrived until the next morning when I left, if everyone in every place was as nice as him this world would’ve been perfect!!! 10/10
It was very cold in there, very cold. And the blankets they have aren't that warm. Everybody was very nice, very nice to us. We were up a lot during the night. Because they kept coming unhooked. But that part isof the machine stuff, we guess.
On top of being professional, the technician - I think Louis is his name? - was very friendly and upbeat, which helped pass the time while attaching all the electrodes and whatnot. The rooms are nice - they look a bit like hotel rooms, and there's a TV you can watch if you want. I fell asleep almost immediately, slept like a rock 🪨 honestly was a slightly better night's sleep than usual for me lol
Great technician she was thorough and explained everything.
Staff was very professional. Facilities were fine but room was very warm.
