Process ran late . Causing me to be late for work . There is no shower - No way to remove jell from hair .. I could have started earlier .

The scheduling process took longer than it should. The organization does not return phone calls or e mails promptly. The LPN at the site where the sleep study was performed was very pleasant. I was taken by surprise that there was not a Registered Polysomnographic Technician or Registered Respiratory Therapist on site as these are the folks who generally conduct this type of testing. My sleep study was a bit of a problem. My normal pressure is high at around 16. The bipap used for my study was set very low and the rise time was too late. it was like sucking on a slow water fountain. I could not comfortably fall asleep like I usually do. I have absolutely no problem falling asleep with my personasl bipap. My technician told me that if he had known that the rise time was off he could have adusted it for me. The technician was lovely and professional but I couldn't sleep. Nothing to do with the facility but with so many connections it was nearly impossible for me to sleep! :-(
