After waiting months for my referral and prior authorization to go through with The Sleep & Wellness Center, I was finally contacted—only to be told that the only location approved by my insurance was their Batavia office, nearly an hour away. Do not use this place. Have been trying to get a sleep study for 3 months. No updates. No calls. I have called several times and they keep claiming they have to email my insurance. That is all they can do.
Called to make an appointment and was not able to get into the location I was seeking, nor make an future appointment at the location I need. Was told to call back. The person on the other end of the line was very short. I felt like I was speaking to a robot. Not a great start.
It was a great experience would recommend coming here a sleep study nurse was great did a excellent job!!
