Had my first appointment here today, after many disappointing encounters with other professionals in this field. Dr. Hajiazim listened to every single one of my concerns and struggles and made me feel understood and supported. He took his time and was extremely thorough. Lots of options for resources, medication therapy and treatment. Looking forward to further treatment through this clinic and with this doctor.
The staff at the clinic are amazing and extremely helpful. It's great to see costumer service being one of their top priorities.
I've been a client of Sleep and Wake clinic for a number of years and am so grateful to have been referred to them. It can be a busy office and take time to get in but their phenomenonal team works diligently to accommodate and support patients busy schedules. They truly care about their patients and quality of care. Thank you to Dr. Hajiazim and his team.
If you've had a bad experience here I highly recommend you reach out to Vanessa, the clinic manager and give them another try! Or even your Psychiatrist. I had difficulty with the front end staff with communication, but while they're sweet, I think they're just missing some basic client care skills that could drastically improve the experience of the patients at this clinic. Every step of this process I've had to follow up with email or phone call, otherwise their Admin does not respond. Response is 2-4 weeks average AFTER I follow-up. It happened with the initial reach out, the assessment, and most recently with a follow-up which they ignored entirely under the pretense the doctor doesn't do follow-ups despite the doctor requesting it.
