I love Sleep & TMJ Co and Dr Sarah Humphries! I originally had a different sleep apnea mouthpiece from a regular dentist & it was so uncomfortable & irritating. But Dr Humphries showed me several different styles to fit what was comfortable & worked best for me. And my last Sleep Test showed how well it is working! Sarah has also been so helpful in every way & even did an adjustment to make it perfect! I very highly recommend this doctor for anyone with sleep apnea needs!
The BEST TMJ specialist and saved my jaw! Dr. Humphreys is detailed oriented, personable, and she will fix your issue! I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea and her dental device saved me from the dreadful cpap machine! I get great rest now and it has aided in so many areas of my life.
