I always enjoy my appointments with DR Humphreys!! She's very skilled and confident; and a Joy to work and chat with!! Also, she is a very good listener! The prosthetic Apnea appliances she created for me have helped me to sleep much better!! I recommend her services to anyone with a sleep Apnea problem; especially those who cannot use a CPAP! Dr. Humphries device for TMJ has literally gave me my life back. I had tried chiropractor adjustments, intra oral massages, steroids and muscle relaxers from my ENT all to not avail. My TMJ was so painful, causing my ears to hurt and ring, causing my upper jaw to feel constant pressure, my eye on my right side to be dry and tired, dizziness, headaches…literally you name it. I love Sleep & TMJ Co and Dr Sarah Humphries! I originally had a different sleep apnea mouthpiece from a regular dentist & it was so uncomfortable & irritating. But Dr Humphries showed me several different styles to fit what was comfortable & worked best for me. And my last Sleep Test showed how well it is working! Sarah has also been so helpful in every way & even did an adjustment to make it perfect! I very highly recommend this doctor for anyone with sleep apnea needs!
