I have never experienced such an unprofessional medical environment. I was hesitant to write a review but when it comes to medical care, it is important to share reviews. Alike the prior review my experience has been exactly the same. No one calls or follows up with insurance, I still cannot do a diagnostic test. The office is only open twice a week which makes communication impossible. This practice is incredibly unprofessional and outright incompetent. Office staff is incapable of providing information to insurance in a timely manner or at all, often lying that they've submitted, when insurance has zero record. A simple prior auth to process & fill a prescription takes weeks, and multiple requests not only from the patient, but also from the pharmacy & the insurance company.
