Terrible service, the staff are ill informed, rude and evasive about ongoing costs - dead dodgy! Right from the start I told them I was a pensioner and hoped to access the ACT Govt CPAP subsidy scheme, that's when they lost interest, refused to give me any information about the scheme, but then after some further questions I was told 'the person who has that information isn't in today.' Really all they are interested in is $$$ and selling you expensive equipment.
Friendly and helpful advice. Supportive staff and technicians. A good alternative to using a sleep lab.
Amazing customer service and support from all the staff (Reception, Technicians and Doctor) - I was referred to them by my GP for a sleep study, which found that I had sleep apnea. I rented a CPAP machine from them and my sleep significantly improved (no longer waking up foggy or sleeping in). They were always kind, respectful and looking out for my best interest e.g. they extended my CPAP rental for free to try a different mask. I had my sleep study with them and a telehealth consultation with Stephanie (their respiratory physiotherapist), she was so lovely and explained my sleep study result thoroughly. She is truly excellent! The receptionist are very lovely to deal with too. My overall experience is great!
