After purchasing a Sleep Number bed that was ridiculously expensive AND terribly uncomfortable, we chose to give Sleep Align a try. Doug happened to be a technician sent out by Sleep Number for a repair and I kept his contact information. I’m so glad I did!! My husband and I absolutely LOVE our mattress from Sleep Align. Prior to moving here we bought a sleep number…with the move set-up was a disaster. Doug came out and sorted everything ON A SATURDAY! He even set up our bed remote. And asked if we wanted to vacuum before the bed was set up (like what man thinks of that!). And if that wasn’t enough Doug even texted the next morning to assure everything was working properly. We were so very grateful for the competent service we received from Doug of Sleep Align. He was courteous, respectful and completely knowledgeable about the sleep number bed that my mother needs in order to sleep. He had to undo all the incorrect work that had been done and paid for only two months ago, by another representative of Leggett and Platt in order to get the bed to work properly. Doug was great working with us to get the right bed for my disability. Installed our new adjustable bed and even came out to help us put on a new headboard. Wonderful service!
