Doug is amazing and honest. He came to repair our OMF bed frame and advised us that we needed 2 torque tubes for the motor he was installing to work properly. He took pictures and offered to help us purchase a new frame. The frame manufacturer is sending the additional repair parts, so we won't need a new frame at this time. I will purchase a new frame when needed from Doug. If not for his honesty and support we would have been spending a lot more money. I would recommend Doug and Sleep Align to anyone.

Doug was very thorough and helpful as he helped us decide which bed we needed. He came back to our home several times to adjust things and explain all the functions of the remotes and the bed. I would recommend him and sleep Align if you were interested in one of these adjustable beds.

I recently got diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea. My doctor recommended me look into an adjustable bed to help with my breathing. My wife and I started at sleep number and ended up purchasing our bed from Doug. Doug was professional and personable the whole way through. With competitive prices, what set him apart for us was his warranty and personal contact that we had with him. He never pushed us to buy a bed from him. After purchasing a Sleep Number bed that was ridiculously expensive AND terribly uncomfortable, we chose to give Sleep Align a try. Doug happened to be a technician sent out by Sleep Number for a repair and I kept his contact information. I’m so glad I did!! My husband and I absolutely LOVE our mattress from Sleep Align. Prior to moving here we bought a sleep number…with the move set-up was a disaster. Doug came out and sorted everything ON A SATURDAY! He even set up our bed remote. And asked if we wanted to vacuum before the bed was set up (like what man thinks of that!). And if that wasn’t enough Doug even texted the next morning to assure everything was working properly.
