I have never had to leave a bad review before, but after my experience with this salon I feel like others should be aware of the way they treat their clients. I scheduled an appointment with Carmen. Shortly after a family emergency had come up and I knew I wasn’t going to be able to make the appointment so I tried to contact Carmen to reschedule/let her know I was unable to make it. I had a color, trim, and blowout with Jebany and she was fantastic! She was very informative and took the time to ask plenty of questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I really appreciated her attention to detail, skills and professionalism- highly recommend!
