Worst customer service ever! I’ve tried emailing several times and even sent a message through FB about a necklace I needed to return. No response back at all and now I am outside of the 15 day return window even though my first email I sent was within that window. I even purchased another necklace to replace the one for my wife that didn’t fit her well. Now I am stuck with an $80 necklace she can’t wear and this company doesn’t have the decency to even reply to my emails!! Would not recommend and very disappointed!
International fees prevented me from being able to afford the product - never got to see or experience the jewelry and also couldn’t get refunded.
The jewelry is amazing. Great quality I wear in the gym every day. Also, the shipping is fast.
I still haven't heard anything from this company about my return of money for my $60 Purchase. I didn't like the necklace I got and immediately sent it back the very next day. Weeks have passed and still no word back. I have sent emails, I've messaged through ig. And still nothing.
