Extremely disappointing experience. We have been overcharged from the very beginning, despite multiple confirmations that our account should not exceed agreed limits. These overcharges have continued even after being brought to attention. You would expect that an accounting or billing team would proactively identify and correct such issues , instead, it seems they’re happy to bill clients for services never used.
This company offers exceptional service. Nothing is a drama with very quick response times to enquires. Teaming up with this company has been a great decision for my business they take care of everything I need so I can do the daily tasks without the added stress of accounanting
My experience with this accountant was extremely disappointing. Their communication was very poor — I had to send and receive around 55 emails over two months just to get a simple task done and induction process. Despite all that back and forth, the work was still done incorrectly and caused serious delays in what I needed to submit.
