I've been ordering parts from this place for over 10 years and have no complaints about the place . They have help me out with a part that needed to be fixed when I needed to go out the next day . I called ahead hoping to get some information and advice, but the staff seemed uninterested in speaking over the phone and told me to come in instead. I drove in from out of town, hoping for assistance. When I arrived, the staff was rude and unhelpful. I was ready to make a purchase, even considering buying multiple parts and a quad they had in stock. However, after being told I wasn’t a priority and that I wasn’t prepared, I decided to leave. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Thanks for nothing.
New to sleds and called looking for some help finding a motor. Rude to deal with from the start. Gentleman (or lack there of), ended up hanging up on me after I asked if their motor carried any warranty (it had been sitting on a shelf for several years). Not sure how businesses that operate with this kind of customer service stay a float. I certainly wouldn’t waste my time dealing with him again. The lady was great to talk to and very helpful. She should be running the place.
an absolutely amazing establishment the staff are so kind they will do everything they can to help you they have so much stock and so much selection it's fun to even just look around at all the old machines thank you:)
