Really helped when I took my old car in for a service and MOT.
Sold a van, knowing it had issues. Did not follow correct proceedure, refused to make good any repairs. When trading standards got involved, they did some work, that caused more damage. Another garage will rectify the issues, and SLD Autos will pay for it, and lost earnings on my part.
