The employees at SLC Pool Service are amazing! They service the pool at the gym I belong to. They do a fantastic job keeping the pool and spa clean. They also go above and beyond. There was a big blood spot next to the spa. I reported it to the manager of the gym a few times and the custodians never cleaned it up. It wasn't the responsibility of SLC Pool Service to clean up the blood, but the custodians of the gym. Regardless, when I asked SLC Pool Service while they were there, they happily did it! They are the best!
I’m really bummed to be posting this. I attached our last two recent conversations because I think it’s important for potential customers to see how poor their communication is. Their service was great until it wasn’t… you can see from our conversations how many times I had to bug them about getting them out to get our pool winterized. I scheduled in September to have it scheduled for the middle of October. They wouldn’t allow me to get on their schedule until I paid 50% down.
