Edit: I met with Dr. Allred and he took time to listen to me and hear my concerns about finances and what procedures were being recommended. His staff helped me with financing. The staff is professional and attentive, and the dentists are skilled and understanding.
Was told on the phone they excepted my dental insurance. While at my appointment they informed me that they actually don’t take my insurance. Not only a huge waste of my time, but the money I lost having to take off work.
Dr. Bettag does an amazing job! I definitely recommend seeing her again for all my dental needs and future work
Everyone at Velux Dental in Syracuse was absolutely great to work with and we will definitely be using them as our family Dentist office! Kenzie is a great Hygienist and very friendly along with being professional. She makes you feel very comfortable in an uncomfortable procedure. She’s a keeper
Had a pretty rough accident requiring emergency dental work, got there right when they opened and was immediately taken care of by the amazing staff. They build me a sweet new grill within a matter of 6 or so hours. 10/10 will be back these guys know what they’re doing and are very kind. See pics if you want to cringe
