My silk press was laid. Even though we had ran into a timing issue. Victory was very professional and communicative. She will always provide a work around. I was happy to find a stylist the night before Thanksgiving that had my hair silky smooth. She has a welcoming energy and love the steam treatment. Excited to go back!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Victory. She kills my distressed locs every time and recently got my first silk press from her too. The steam treatment is sooo relaxing and leaves my hair super hydrated. I truly enjoy getting my hair done by her. I know I’ll be leaving her suite looking goodttt

Highly unprofessional and unreliable, got two appointments canceled an hour before service because of “emergencies” that conveniently happened right before my appointments. If you don’t want to perform a service then just communicate on time, than waste another person’s time. 🤷‍♀️
