Very disappointed. I booked an appt for Saturday morning on Booksy for 8 feed in braids. She confirmed my appointment and took my deposit for her to not show up. After many calls, she finally answered and told me that she was too busy and couldn’t take my appointment. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.

If i could give no stars i would. She did my sister’s hair (sew in) and started in the middle of her head. After requesting for her not to cut the wefts of the bundles she of course did it anyway. If your specialty is just locs, stop offering services you clearly don’t know how to do. Look at the picture, she left so much of the braids exposed she couldn't even put it in a ponytail if she wanted. Ugh, just dont.

Aggressive and her customer service is horrendous. Refuses to take "no" for an answer. I can't see her "business" lasting long. I'd wish her the worst, but she's going to fail all on her own. She asks for very personal information and makes the person feel extremely uncomfortable. She could benefit from growing up and learning how life works.
