UNPROFESSIONAL!! I got a text at !!10pm!! before my appointment to reschedule for an earlier time. I literally left work early to accommodate her time and she stops answering the phone completely. My vacation flight leaves tomorrow and my hair isn’t done. Just wow. Not to mention the salon is always having ghetto baby daddy drama. Don’t book with this tacky establishment.
I paid a $25 deposit to schedule and was ripped off by a stylist that does hair out of this salon. She cancelled the appointment and refused to refund the deposit.
Slay lounge was great! I got my silk press done by Shauna. She was so kind and my hair came out beautiful! Shauna was very professional and gave advice on how to take care of your hair. She will not let you walk out looking crazy! She really cares about making sure you know the best course of action to maintain your hairstyle. I look forward to coming here again…for a silk press and all the other styles they do at this salon.
