Highly recommend Slava and Anna if you’re new to strength trading or like me looking to jump back in! I was able to start with body composition scan which was great for motivation! I have been going to Slava for my personal training for nearly six months. Slava gives just the right of encouragement but also pushes me to improve. I look better but more importantly feel better than I have in years. I highly recommend Slava's Freedom Fitness!
Josh is our phenomenal personal trainer, who has visited us twice a week for the past 3 years, in rain or shine. He's very bright, articulate, congenial, thoughtful and insightful, knows every muscular-skeletal group and how to work them per your needs, and especially how to adjust workouts per your handicaps and limitations, which is important for us as elders with occasional aches and pains. Highly recommended!
