I have been with Josh Gray for a while now and have truly enjoyed my experience training with him. He comes to my place which makes it easy and interesting. 👍
I’ve been training with Josh for a little over 2 months now. Josh is an excellent personal trainer and his strategy is based on the cross fit training. Now people start seeing slight change of my legs which I love. Josh pays attention to little details, and he is actually professionally educated in college about training and body. Great couch, great man, and great friend. Highly recommend!
