I have visited Slaughter Diesel for service on both my '02 Duramax LB7 and my 2014 Ram 3500 Dually and received ecellent customer service in edition to thorough diagnostic evaluation to get my vehicles running well and back on the road. I recommend this shop to anyone in need of Diesel Service and Gasoline engine service and are looking for a welcoming, friendly and professional shop in the Huntsville, Tx area.
Kyle and Samuel were informative, professional, and honest. Communicated with me throughout the whole process of getting my car repaired. Felt comfortable with shop and the work being done. I highly recommend this shop.
They repaired my son's dually that had significant damage. They worked with me for several weeks to come up with a plan for finding parts, some new and some used. The cost was significant, but fair. They were beyond patient with me as I gathered the funds to pay for the repairs. They have gained a lifetime customer and I will recommend them to anyone who asks.
Brought my sons truck in for knocking and noise when turning. Samuel and Kyle are the best! Had me checked, quoted and fixed in an hour!! They are friendly knowledgeable and fair priced! The environment is great and the techs love their job. Waiting area is comfortable and clean. 10/10 recommend them to anyone!!
