Website is far too unreliable. First time I tried to buy a ute a few months ago, the website crashed while i was the winning bidder with 5 seconds to go. Apparently it came back up again later that night and sold the ute to someone else. Second time i successfully bought some items, but when i went to the offsite location to collect them, they'd gone missing. Slattery did refund my payment promptly however. Yesterday I tried to bid on some items but the website didn't work properly, no ability to view the items, just a blank... read more

No communication at all, lies & parts taken of item. I have emailed them a number of times I.E parts missing from the truck purchased, the parts were stated on their sales description, even the slattery workers on site told me to chase them up about the missing parts - UHF radio. The night of the auction I was emailed 2hrs after the auction finished which i was the highest bidder & asked to place a higher bid as the so called reserve price wasn't reached - there was no reserve price on the item at all, even the slattery work... read more
