Had an awesome experience The team is super helpful and made the whole process really easy. Special thank you to Sally in reception, she’s very easy to deal with and super helpful. Car are exactly as described and everything went smoothly. Would definitely buy through them again.
You win the auction and lose the item because 1) they automatically email you saying the vendor wants a better price than the winning offer, 2) you can’t say or do anything because they have a Bidding Agreement clause to say they can exhaust their negotiation with the buyer 3) they can just hold on to stuff and make it look like an auction but at the end of the day they’re just running a shady business. 4) I’d give minus stars if I could 5) the person on the phone was nice and still rejected my three counter-offers.
