My partner and I lived at Slatter's Court (Davis Trailer Park) for 10+ years, first in a studio and then a 1BR. Most affordable rent in Davis and still close to all the action. Management is easygoing and noninvasive. Tenants keep to themselves but look out for one another. Great place to spend your 20s!
Poor place to rent from. The only desirable aspect of living here is the cheap rent, everything else is sub par. We lived with mold in our home for 6 months; when we asked about fixing it we were given a can of paint and told to do it ourselves. The laundromat dryer was routinely broken, and when asked about a potential fix we were told a laundromat was a luxury and that the park had no responsibility to maintain those appliances.
