Overall a terrific experience working with Slats & Pleats. Superior communication, quality products and install craftsmanship, and most importantly honesty and trustworthiness. The team was able to help select the best products that fit our needs without trying to upsell unneeded items. Materials were available ahead of schedule and a prompt install was completed. Three days ago, I went into my living room behind my Christmas Tree to raise my Hunter Douglas cellular shade that was approximately 7x5ft.. The shade literally dropped to my windowsill. Needless to say, I was in a panic not a good time of year to have to be looking for a new shade. I was referred to Slats & Pleats, and there are no words to say how professional the assistant Zandanya was she reassured me that she could get someone out to me quickly.
