Three days ago, I went into my living room behind my Christmas Tree to raise my Hunter Douglas cellular shade that was approximately 7x5ft.. The shade literally dropped to my windowsill. Needless to say, I was in a panic not a good time of year to have to be looking for a new shade. I was referred to Slats & Pleats, and there are no words to say how professional the assistant Zandanya was she reassured me that she could get someone out to me quickly.
