Hands down the most consistently TERRIBLE customer service I have experienced in my 20+ years working in costumer service myself. I was told by staff to wait for them all to finish their lunch break that was taken at 11am, before anyone could help me. After patiently waiting in my car over an hour with my young son to be helped, they still did not acknowledge me. No smiles, no thank you, just act pissed off all the time. Every time. If there’s ever a next time, I may need to bring a cake to try to cheer these people up.
