They are incredibly caring
We had switched to this vet over a year ago and I wished we had done it sooner. Dr Thomas and her staff are very caring and listen to even the smallest concern. Answering the simplest of questions like "hey, how much do I feed this kitten", even double checking information to make sure we understood it, to answering questions about more concerning topics.
