They've been assisting me with a class action for over 5 years, earlier this year they said a tentative agreement had been reached and they started asking me to fill out a bunch of forms I've had five or six contacts at a minimum with this law firm, at least three in the last 6 months they only respond when you reach out to them and I'm still unsure of what I'm going to get I've get conflicting information I almost feel like I have to go to another law firm to check their numbers

All in all had a very good experience.. one piece of advice do not tell your clients of a possible dollar figure of their case prior to the completion of the case..
