Reached out to Juan through face book and ask him to come check out a job on Friday. After reaching out to him on Monday to see if he had a quote he didn’t respond after I asked him the second time with a question mark he replied “not yet I’m waiting on material prices” so then I asked by when will he have a price and never replied.
