Put in an enquiry that was time sensitive 3 months ago, i've rung 6 times trying to find out what's happening with it and been told 6 times someone would call me back. Not once has anyone been in touch. Shows me just how unimportant potential clients are to this firm. Woeful customer service, clearly only interested in bang for buck cases where no work is involved.

I would recommend Juliet Parsons to anyone I come across. I recently completed a claim with her and the team at Slater + Gordon and they were phenomenal.
