I won't elaborate too much other than to say Jess Philips was very unhelpful with my simple claim which left me disabled for the rest of my life from a work injury. I paid hundreds of dollars to provide medical reports only to be denied assistance. No explanation. Just denied. Was rude on the phone. Refused to meet in person. The rest of the staff are wonderful.
Absolutely unprofessional company. I’ve been trying to get a claim started for the last 3 months with no contact been made on their behalf and I have called 6 times to follow it up explaining myself over again each time and been told that my case worker Tonya will get in contact in the next few days and expressed that they will prioritise it but never received a call after 3 months, I’ve given them plenty of opportunities and reminders, I will no longer proceed with my claim at Slater and Gordan Ballarat.
Helped me through the hardest time in my life, myslef and my family relied heavily upon jess and the team. Cannot thank them enough
