Excellent service, quality air conditioning and friendly staff who are always eager to assist. Timely response to any queries and always call before arriving as they know I can’t drop everything and wait around for them to attend. They focus on providing the best level of service possible using high quality products. I would definitely recommend Slater Air.

I mean, not alot to say, customer service isnt the best to be honest. I bought this last year and slater air installed it (receipts showed it) it had something with advantage air and their modem they installed this heating and aircon back in 2008 for like 16k doesn’t work since 2023 (from old owner) i mean it’s been around 15 years but for that price I expect better, now i have but new aircon systen dunno what to do with this advantage air 3 modem thingy and it doesn’t work.!!

Right from the outset Slater Air have been brilliant to deal with. Every issue (and there weren’t many) was solved without any problems. I could not recommend them highly enough. The same goes for the two technicians that installed the units. The installation took place during a period were I had a lot of work on and they managed to carry out the install with very little disruption.
