From start to finish we could not fault the team at Slater Air. The fitter came as arranged. His workmanship, politeness were exemplary and he also tidied up after himself. We have no problem recommending Slater Air to anyone.
Great dealing with Slater Air and Actron Air-conditioning, got the right advice and the perfect system for our home. The installation was prompt neat and tidy. Highly recommended.
Avoid, avoid, avoid. Save yourself the stress and heartache and use another company for your air-conditioning needs. Communication was abysmal. The quality of work was horrendous. The behaviour from staff was beyond disgusting, one installer smoked inside my brand new home, another vaped!!! The product itself seems fine, and pre-sales service was good. They told me to my face that the roof insulation had been put back when it had not been. It would still have been left with bare patches if I hadn’t got up in the roof myself and sent photos. To their credit, they did offer a small discount once presented with this problem and after I had fixed it myself. If an organisation charges premium prices it should provide premium service, particularly if people are coming into your home to do work. The two technicians Slater Air sent to my home were sullen and uncommunicative and didn’t even introduce themselves. I did not feel safe with them in my home. When I complained, their office tried to pass it off as an age thing. I have found another provider.
