I would give 0 stars here if I could. Avoid Slate Management Group at all costs — especially at 236 W 10th St. During our 1.5-year lease, we were without our central air conditioning four separate times, including one stretch that lasted 45 days during the peak of summer with no rent reduction or urgency to fix the issue. This happened at the end of our lease, and it took three weeks of daily emails just to get a response.
