We had our dream wedding in April at this venue!! This venue is absolutely beautiful with every detail throughout so thoughtfully executed. The owners Andrew and Olga made us feel so welcome from the first day we toured and were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They helped provide us with a list of local vendors they work regularly with and helped us navigate any obstacles that came up. My daughter was just married at Slate & Cypress in May and it was an absolute perfect day. Slate & Cypress is a beautiful venue and we were blessed with perfect weather. There are other nice venues and beautiful days but what sets Slate & Cypress apart is the ownership of Andrew and Olga. They are true wedding professionals. The most beautiful place for a wedding. We are glad Julie and Chuck chose Slate & Cypress as their venue. The beauty of the estate is breathtaking. We never really know what it is like behind the scenes of a wedding venue. We take for granted that the simple tasks we, as the parents of bride, are tasked to do is easy peasy, right? Nope. There is SO much more to it than peeling stickers off of frames, pulling those white tabs out of the bottom of the light up boppers, putting votive candles in the holders, ordering flowers for centerpieces, the list is endless. I was the Bride and I couldn't have asked for a better experience on not only our wedding day but the planning process itself!! Truly full service, they really take care of you and make sure that the day is what you want and that you don't have to stress at all the day of.
