Slate a fantastic job building a fourplex for me in the Plaza District. It was a challenging project without much space to stage or maneuver on a tight urban site. Patrick and Connor did a great job of staying ahead of problems as much as they could, and when issues arose they always identified them quickly and found fair solutions. They were both very concerned about keeping quality high and costs low. A+
