The quality of work is unacceptable. From the outside, the home may look nice, but once you live in it, all the flaws start to show. Poor craftsmanship is everywhere.. uneven floors, paint drips, poorly installed fixtures, and shortcuts taken at every turn. It feels like the house was rushed with no attention to detail. What’s worse is how the builder handles issues. Communication is terrible. You have to constantly chase them down, and when they do show up to fix something, it’s done halfway or causes a new problem.
