Definitely go with Slate! I’ve recently reached out to the management and sent them a email about some issues around my house that have not been resolved. (I am out of my warranty at this time) They were quick to respond and the turn around was INSANE! I had immediately had all my issues scheduled for touch ups.Even though i was out of warranty they were still willing to work with me!
