Josh and team were awesome and easy to work with. Initially looked at a larger competitor who was not taking the proper steps to ensure water damage mitigation. Stumbled onto Slate Bros. Not only were they quick to come. They were detailed. Came during a holiday weekend. Explained the process. Worked well with our insurance and were timely. Hoping to never need them again but if I need repair or mitigation. We will definitely call this team again.
HIGHLY recommend Slate Boys Restoration! They were prompt, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough! We had a water leak from our 2nd floor bathroom through our kitchen, and down to our basement just after Christmas. Josh and his father came to my home to investigate the water damage/mold issue. They spent quite a bit of time in my home trying to figure out the best way to fix the issue. After having a few other companies leave me hanging, I was hopeful that I finally found the company to help me. Josh told me that he would be in contact in about a week with an estimate. Josh came out as soon as he could to look at water damage in my rental property. After the assessment, we put together a plan that worked for my budget to complete the work. Josh was super helpful, quick with communications, and he went above and beyond to help me get my rental property restored to where it should be. I highly recommend Josh and his team.
