We had an emergency situation that they came out and helped us with. At 7 AM, we discovered that our basement had about an inch of sewage water from a busted line. We immediately cut off the water to the house, but for sanitary reasons we needed to get things cleaned up and more importantly, the drywall stripped dried and then sanitized. Slate Boys Restoration did an excellent job restoring our house after our bathroom, kitchen and living room flooded. They were very professional and kind. They were very careful not to damage or break anything else in our home while they were removing the parts of our home affected by the water. They swept, vacuumed and wiped down everything. We had a sewage insurance restoration job and Slate Boys Restoration was amazing. Josh was super responsive, professional, and easy to work with, and assisted us through the entire insurance process, which made a stressful situation so much easier. They showed up quickly, cleaned everything up fast, and provided everything we needed health and safety-wise. The team was respectful, clean, and kept us informed the whole time. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend Slate Boys Restoration!

Josh and team were awesome and easy to work with. Initially looked at a larger competitor who was not taking the proper steps to ensure water damage mitigation. Stumbled onto Slate Bros. Not only were they quick to come. They were detailed. Came during a holiday weekend. Explained the process. Worked well with our insurance and were timely. Hoping to never need them again but if I need repair or mitigation. We will definitely call this team again.
