Josh and his team went above and beyond when we called him. We had water coming into our home, but couldn’t find the source. He didn’t rush the process, and even came back multiple times to continue inspecting as we found multiple places in nearby areas that were contributing to the large amount of water. He was so thorough, and without that, the first problem would have been fixed but there’d be more long term water problems that wouldn’t have been caught until much more damage was done. We had an emergency situation that they came out and helped us with. At 7 AM, we discovered that our basement had about an inch of sewage water from a busted line. We immediately cut off the water to the house, but for sanitary reasons we needed to get things cleaned up and more importantly, the drywall stripped dried and then sanitized. Slate Boys Restoration did an excellent job restoring our house after our bathroom, kitchen and living room flooded. They were very professional and kind. They were very careful not to damage or break anything else in our home while they were removing the parts of our home affected by the water. They swept, vacuumed and wiped down everything. We had a sewage insurance restoration job and Slate Boys Restoration was amazing. Josh was super responsive, professional, and easy to work with, and assisted us through the entire insurance process, which made a stressful situation so much easier. They showed up quickly, cleaned everything up fast, and provided everything we needed health and safety-wise. The team was respectful, clean, and kept us informed the whole time.
