Had a brake bleed job done on my toyota Tacoma, they finished the job quickly. Honest and a job well done.
I decided to try this mechanic for the first time this week and I was pleasantly surprised. I had a rear drive shaft replaced on my '08 Cayenne and Sony had it done in less than 2 hours. I tested the car on the highway and there were no vibrations or knocks. Problem solved.
My car overheated on a weekend when I was on the road. I was nervous and called few places including Slatch Auto, Sony answered my call and was very calm to instruct me what to do before bringing my car in to his store. After he diagnosed the problems of my car, he discussed my options and the choices I have before working on my car. He is a very honest man and my car is being fixed and runs smoothly. Terrible! He cost me unnecessary money for failing my inspection on something he could have communicated with me first... just cause he thought he could make money from me! Will never go there again
