We put one star, but this company deserves zero stars. It’s been a little over a year, but I realize that it is important to share our experience so that others know to proceed with extreme caution when dealing with these people. 11 days no power. No updates other than we are working on it and be patient. 325 lineman? Looks like you could use 300 more.
Slash pine we have children who stay on kinsey Rd who have to return to school tomorrow with no power. Yes their child will be excused if they do not send them. But that child will have to do make up work and miss new assignments that is being introduced. This is stressful on our youth. And creates anxiety on our children. Please send a crew out to help get power on Kinsley rd lake park so these children can have water, and electricity to go to school and get back to the new norm of being a child and enjoy their friends
Thank you to Miss Theresa and the linemen at Slash Pines! They came out within an hour to remove fallen power lines and made it possible for us to leave our driveway safely after four days of being stuck. Thank you thank you.
The communication is absolutely horrible. Where every other electric company is providing updates about the outages from the storm slash pines is not keeping their customers in the know at all. It would just me nice to have a little bit of communication. I know their is wide spread damage and distruction everywhere. As much as we have to pay for their services you would think they would communicate when the service might be back operational.
