I went here after receiving a Facebook ad. I’m a big seafood lover so I wanted to try. I got a BOGO on the Clobster, which is like a warm lobster roll with cheese except on thick sandwich bread. First while I was waiting, I noticed how attentive they were with the patrons dining inside. Totally, looks like A+ service there. I would definitely dine inside on a hungry lunch day in the area. I absolutely love slapfish! We used to eat at one all the time in Utah but then moved and they don't have any in Houston. We visited family down in Stafford and traveled an hour and a half just to eat here. The manager (maybe the owner) was there and helped an insanely difficult customer and was so polite and kind. I was very impressed. Surf n turf is amazing!

First time trying Slapfish based on recommendations. Enjoyed the meal and the customer service of the owner. Helpful, friendly and wanted to make sure orders were correct. Will return. Food was really good as well.

Called to place an order the phone was answered by an unruly employee I asked a question and was met with attitude and aggressiveness then he had the nerve to hang up on me, I called back and asked did he hang up on me he stated yes and stated file a complaint i don’t care and hung up again
