I use slap your mama on about everything I diet and it helps change the flavors of somethings while enhancing the flavor of others.
Used to be a Zatarans fanatic, Slap Ya Mama has taken its place. Use it on meats, fish vegetables, gravy or anywhere else I want some GREAT flavor... even on my toasted tomato sandwiches! I rarely use salt and pepper anymore and my relatives are now using Slap as they see me using it in my dishes as well as sitting on the table. Will be trying it in my next batch of pickled okra. Wonderful product!
