All I can say is, Off the Hook Good!!! There are many choices to choose from, but this is one of the best out of Louisiana.
I do like their cajun seasonings! I use this for scrambled eggs, chicken or egg salad sandwiches, deviled eggs as well as for fish or cajun dishes.
Man this is some good stuff as a outdoors men I use it a lot on wild game.
My daddy was from Ville Platte and loved to cook with spices in his dishes from turtle soup to alligator to fish couvillion. Slap Ya Mama offers the perfect spices to any Cajun meal.
We have used Slap Ya Mama since discovering it in a New Orleans open air market in 2005. Love it on vegetables.

Best wings ever, immerse wings in hot sauce in a bowl for 7 to 8 hours, then cook on grill in cake pan still immersed in hot sauce, bring to a boil, then remove wings from pan and cook over charcoal final 10 minutes to crisp em up, freaking awesome, I buy slap ya mama by the gallon.
