I walked in almost exactly at 8PM. The place was completely empty. I’d never been before and ordered the “threesome combo”. It’s $14.99 before tax and includes fries but no drink. I didn’t have my debit card and tried to pay with a $20. He told me they don’t accept cash? That’s the silliest thing ever. I left.

To be real, the vibe at birdz is unmatched and I credit it to their brand imagery and also their workers. Specifically Suk, as always he provides exceptional service and takes care of me

The general manager is ONE of a kind!.. The food was Great except for the fries.. I don't know if it was bc of our situation or not, but our fries were cold and kinda old tasting. And the cheese was extremely watery. But the customer service was AMAZING!!..
