SLAM has been not only a great workout but also an amazing, supportive community. It’s so helpful to be able to bring kids along and not have to worry about childcare. Even with my limitations with exercises I’m always able to modify and ask for other options. SLAM is more than a workout group, it’s a supportive community that the kids even love going to!
SLAM Newport News provides challenging and fun workouts. The instructors are great at giving modifications to meet your needs. SLAM is more than a workout. It is a community with play groups, mom's night outs, book club, and lifelong friends. My kids enjoy coming to class and seeing their SLAM friends and I like not having to find childcare to get my workout in. Come check us out!
Absolutely the best thing for Mamas! I am so happy I decided to show up my first day. The team of coaches are there for you and want to see you succeed. You become part of a community and even better a family. The exercises are fun but are challenging. And not having to find a babysitter or daycare for my child is the great!
