I have been at SLAM Catered events and the food is always top notch. Today was the first time I went to one of their pop-ups, they were selling chicken Tinga tacos. The food at SLAM is probably the best food available in Red Bud. The service is top notch and the folks working there are the greatest.
Best place ever I recommend their brisket you have to try their ribs there is great service it is quick
