I've encountered this plumber on 3 separate occasions, and with each have found him to be Dishonest. First encounter had him snake a sewer line which he did inadequately and had to return within a week to redo (but of course he charged me). Second encounter I caught him trying to steal equipment. Third encounter he charged for parts & labor to replace parts he damaged!
