I turned up when he was technically already closed, and he still took the time to help me out and fix my boat without hesitation. He was so friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and explained everything perfectly in a way I could easily understand. You can tell he really knows his stuff and actually cares about his customers. Can’t recommend this place enough — if you’re after honest, helpful, top‑quality boat work, this is the spot! 10/10, will definitely be back.
Exceptional service, quick turn around time, value for money!!! Will always go to Jim for any boat related queries or issues! This guy knows what he’s doing! Been in the business for years! Top bloke and cares about his customers! Been a pleasure dealing with Slades marine! Got me back out on the water quickly
Jim helped me a lot to get proper prop for my boat. Also in the process I learned about singing props too and thanx to him I discovered my water pump needed replacement . Thank u Jim
Jim is pleasant and has wide knowledge base. Actual mechanical mind , I assume fully qualified. Stocks every odd part or can order an identity quickly. Literally no fuss if U explain or draw a picture of part , Jim knows it. Has been a hard worker taking time to answer all queries even when busy. Keep it up Jim. Tell the wife it's all been worth it 5 stars all round. If she hung around. If not, win win. Sry for Humour everyone, now plz get back to being adults having no fun. Especially if you're married. Whammy review.
