Jim is pleasant and has wide knowledge base. Actual mechanical mind , I assume fully qualified. Stocks every odd part or can order an identity quickly. Literally no fuss if U explain or draw a picture of part , Jim knows it. Has been a hard worker taking time to answer all queries even when busy. Keep it up Jim.
