Walked in to get paint. The sales associate started working with me and just left without a word saying anything. Lack of customer care in my mind.
Went in here to get a new blade for my chainsaw. Bought the blade, went out to the parking lot to put it on my saw. I opened the box and it was a rusty old blade that someone had returned. I went back inside to exchange it for a new one, which the very nice check out lady did for me no problem. I went back to the parking lot and started putting this blade on my saw, and the coward of a manager sent the check out lady out to accuse me of stealing. He wouldn’t come outside to do it himself. Im going to give these guys one more chance. So from 1 star up to 3 star for now. Customer service seems to be back to that small town genuine we care kind of people. We will see if the part for my chainsaw is actually correct when it comes in.
I went by the independence location called the store told the lady I would have trouble coming in the store and ask if they would bring an item to my car no questions asked she did that and with a smile. I was gone in less than 5 minutes. I greatly appreciate what she did. Thank you David
