I called Do It Best to say that I ordered the wrong product and needed to return it (an order purchased online). The customer service rep said she would find the nearest store I could return the products to and that they (do it best) would refund me after I returned it to the store. She asked me when I could return the product and I said "today". So today I arrived at the store at 6:55 pm and the door was locked. I’ve tried 2-3 times to shop and both times they’d closed earlier than the closing time in the website and door. Tried giving the new store a chance but won’t be returning
Im going to give these guys one more chance. So from 1 star up to 3 star for now. Customer service seems to be back to that small town genuine we care kind of people. We will see if the part for my chainsaw is actually correct when it comes in. Part was correct for my chainsaw. Little bummed they aren't open later on Saturday's. Im still used to the old hours. I've shown up at 6:20pm multiple times now to be disappointed lol but thats my own fault.
Great place! Updated review. Customer service has greatly depreciated since new ownership. Bring Donnie back because this place sucks now. Brought a saw to get serviced today and they made me feel like I was a inconvenience to them!!! Isn't this your guys job? Confused customer wanting to know? Lmao
Used to be family owned.. think all the employees are long time employees . Carry specific items you can't find at big box stores
