First off the previous owners of this place were amazing. I always go here to get my propane refilled and have for over 8 years. Today I'm told they can't fill propane today because "the propane guy isn't there"...it's the day before the biggest football game of the year where people are grilling and tailgating and this place no longer has the common sense to accommodate their previously loyal customers by making sure their employees(there were 5 of them) are trained to accommodate basic customer needs. The worst customer service from the store's current Owner! Instead of resolving a "warranty" issue he would rather send you down the road by putting a bandaid on the problem. Obviously he's more worried about his bottom dollar than his customers. Fact-your customers are who keep your store in business! And your managed, Chris, doesn't know his products. Worthless management but it's just a reflection of the owner.
I have always been treated with a friendly smile and knowledgeable staff at this hardware store, both Sladek and so far as Waters. If the staff does not know an answer to my question, they quickly find an employee that does. I have always been asked about if I needed help finding anything right when I walk in the front door. The store is always spotless and well organized! I will continue shopping here.
As usual employees are courteous and helpful. But the prices are TOO HIGH .Will not go back ever. Had half a plastic sack full of what I wanted ,cost $60. Would have cost 30% less anywhere else. Will no longer feed corporate greed at this store.
Rude to customers, not informative, and customer service is terrible. I recently bought tubing for a project and it didn't work for what I needed. Went to return it and they wouldn't let me because once it's "cut" you can't return it. Mike, the employee is the one who cut it. There was 18 feet of it. It cost me over $30 and is now useless to me. There is no signs stating purchases are final or that you can't return it, and Mike did not disclose that it wasn't returnable.
