I have been reflecting on my experience here for quite some time, and I need to express my concerns. The ongoing issues with the property have taken a toll on me, both personally and mentally. There are numerous recurring problems, including maintenance deficiencies, water leaks, severe mold issues and additional monthly assessment fees that continue to be charged.
