We made a pretty big order from Slack’s Hoagie Shack and had a few issues that were completely on our end. Ronaldo was the one who helped me, and he was absolutely amazing! He was so understanding and fixed my mistake with ease. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to come up with a solution. It’s customer service like this that really makes a difference! Great hoagies and fries.
They were lovely. Treated the customers wonderfully. Treated me super respectfully it meant a a lot and I will be a repeat customer. The staff were wonderful I’m sure the hoagie trays were fine I never ended up eating any the party was hectic.
My pumpkin pie tasted good. But then the owners niece who had cancer about to see Santa for Christmas stomped on my pumpkin pie. But then the owner joe swanson said "YOU'RE GETTING SLACKS" and offered me half a mounds bar. With 0.001 percent less pumpkin pie
