For a new patient new to this state. My first visit was horrible. I got there @11:14 my appt was @11:30. I wasnt called till 12:45 then to sit in a room for about 20min more is ridiculous.. i didn't leave the office till near 2pm.. didn't get nothing done. Hope my next vist is better!
Dr. Menales is a great doctor she is very patient and understanding and she explains everything to you, my only problem is the waiting time to see the doctor is way too long and didn’t receive any call about my test results other than that everything is great.
This was my 1st visit Detail oriented, compassionate physician.
I absolutely adore Dr. Manelas. She’s extremely pleasant very thorough. I find her knowledge exquisite. I enjoy going to the doctor after meeting her.
